The Swiss Water Process:
Step1: Green beans are gently cleaned. The unique approach to hydration sets up the beans to preserve their unique characteristics.
Step2: Beans meet Green Coffee Extract, a caffeine free and chemical free mix of water and coffee's essential compounds. Diffusion only allows caffeine compounds to migrate outward. All flavors and compounds remain intact.
Step 3: Beans are dried in low temperature.
